What kind of files do I need to give?

All files should be at least 300 dpi, or a vector file. We prefer file types to be .psd, eps, . ai, .tif, or .jpg, sized how you would like it printed.

How long before I have my order?

Typical turnaround time is between ten-fourteen days + shipping. This is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Turnaround time starts when payment is made in full. If you have deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to work with you in meeting this. Orders requiring  a turnaround time faster than the fourteen days may be subject to a rush fee.

How much do the screens cost or is there a setup fee?

NOTHING, We don’t charge screen set up fees like most shops do. This is our gift to you, enjoy. *In the rare circumstance that an order is below the 24 piece minimum, screen charges of $10 per screen may be added. Any order below 24 pieces must be approved by management.

Whats your minimum order?

Minimums are based on a per design basis. We will print as little as 24 pieces per design, but for better pricing we recommend printing at least 48 pieces. Orders below 48 pieces have limitations to the amount of print colors, print locations, and color changes. Please see pricing tab for print colors and shirt quantity combinations.

Can I mix shirt colors?

Yep. Feel free to use s many different shirt colors per design s your heart desires. Just remember that swapping the ink colors, may incur a color change fee.

Can I change the ink colors on my design?

Yes, but ink swaps may be subject to a fee.

I am short some shirts, where are they?

Due to the nature of the business, your order may have up to a 3% under run. We recommend that if you need exact numbers and sizes, to order extras. In the case of an under run, you will not be charged for our mistakes, If you find to be over the number of shirts ordered, smile, because you just got free shirts!


When do I need to pay for my order?

All payments must be received in full before your turnaround time begins and your order is printed.

What kind of shirts do you use?

We leave that up to you, shirts costs vary significantly.  We will happily discuss your options with you based upon your projects specific goals, as well as meet with you to show you samples.
